How quickly will I receive my order?

Fast! If you place your order by noon CT on a weekday, we will usually ship your order the same day. In the Midwest expect ground delivery within 1-2 days. Nationwide, ground shipping runs 3-5 days, however shipping time may vary. 

How much does shipping cost? 

FLAT RATE: We offer $6.99 flat rate ground shipping on all direct U.S. orders.

FREE SHIPPING: For a limited time, we offer free ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous U.S. over $75.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer flat rate shipping to Canada and Mexico of USD $19.99 per item. We are not able to cover any tariff associated with your order. If you want to ship your order outside of North America, please contact us.

Where are YOXO products made?

YOXO kits are designed and made in the USA. We manufacture YOXO links and hand assemble every kit in our Saint Paul, Minnesota workshop and source the majority of our raw materials within the Twin Cities.

What makes YOXO eco-smart?

  • YOXO products are made from sustainable, recycled, and recyclable materials.
  • The core of each YOXO link is made from 100% recycled wood pulp with plant-based inks and aqueous (water-based) coatings.
  • All YOXO instructions are printed on FSC-certified paper made from 100% post-consumer waste.
  • Our workshop is powered by the Xcel Energy Wind Source program.
  • We recycle the water used in the YOXO link manufacturing process.
  • Waste energy from our machinery is used to help heat our workshop in the winter.
  • We continue to seek out ways to be even more eco-smart!

Are YOXO products recyclable?

The primary ingredient in our products is wood pulp, one of the more sustainable and recyclable materials on earth. In rare cases, we use less recyclable materials (e.g. PET in YOXO To Go packaging and YOXOeye stickers) because there is not a better alternative.

Recycling programs vary and some may limit the deposit of paper tubes or coated chipboard. If this is the case in your area, try composting our products (but chop it up a bit first!)

Do you have an educator's discount?

Yes! Please contact us to set up a tax exempt purchase and a code for your discount.

What is your return policy?

If a product is damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will make it right!

Can I place an order by phone?

The fastest way to order product is on our website, however if you need to order by phone, please call us at 651-964-1030.

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?

Not at this time.  Please create unique orders for each address.

How do I cancel my order?
